durable fabric that’s puncture and tear-resistant, its barrier has been tested against 260 challenge
chemicals with no observed breakthrough after exposures of up to 8 hours. Excellent permeation
data from stringent ASTM testing substantiates the uncompromised protection available with
Tychem® TK suits. Tychem® TK chemical barrier fabric is unique, consisting of a high strength,
highly tear-resistant, 100% non-woven fabric sandwiched between proprietary non-halogenated
films.
These limited use coveralls are perfect when the job
requires dependable but affordable protection. By
offering a money-saving alternative for basic chemical
splash protection. Designed as an economical coverall
it’s ideal anywhere traditional polyethylene coated
fabrics are used. The Poly-Coat has been tested to hold
out the same tough chemicals that traditional fabrics
are used for. These coveralls are bright yellow
polypropylene coated and have a soft inner layer.

Wooden Cone and Wedge Kit

Made from a soft wood, this kit offers you a wide range of
wooden cones as well as wooden wedges for the plugging or
sealing of drums, pipes, fuel lines and even tanks. The soft
wood will once saturated with the liquid swell out slightly,
conforming with the shape of the area to be sealed. All items

heavy duty, lockable steel box.

External Pipe Sealing Kit

The external pipe sealing kit offers you a variety of different
sizes for the external sealing of leaking pipes. This could
include fuel pipes, chemical pipes and lines as well as tanker
transfer fuel lines and pipes. To use the pipe clamps is easy,
simply take the correct size clamp, put it over the leaking
area and pull it together by turning the nuts. The kit is
supplied with clamps from as small as 15mm to as big as
75mm.
Apart from diameter, our kit also have clamps with a extended length from 75mm to
150mm. The kit is available with non sparking tools. All items in this kit can be replaced
separately. The kit is supplied in a heavy duty lockable steel box.

External Dome Plugging Kit
 |
This is a unique kit in that it provides you with a wide range
of various sized dome plates for the sealing of external leaks
in drums, tanks, road and rail tankers as well as chemical
storage or transportation containers. The domes are round or
square shaped for better contact, depending on the shape of
the container. All the smaller dome plugs are lined with a
5mm sealing rubber the larger dome plugs with a 20mm
sealing rubber.
The small sized dome plugs are fitted with a quick acting spring toggle which will once
inserted into the hole or tear, open up again and can then not be pulled back again
through the hole or tear.
The larger sized dome plugs are fitted with a "T" bolt which can be inserted into the tear
or crack, then twist to lock while the dome plug is pulled tight. The small as well as the
larger dome plugs can be tightened by means of either a wing nut or a Phillips
screwdriver. All items in this kit can be replaced separately. The kit is supplied in a heavy
duty, lockable steel box.

Internal Pipe Plugging Kit

The Internal Pipe Plugging Kit is a kit that contains a range
of plugs that can be inserted into a pipe to shut off or to
restrict the flow of product in the case of a damaged pipe.
All the internal pipe plugs are made with a double rubber
plug to ensure a better seal inside the pipe. Once the plug is
inserted into the pipe, the nut can be turned to tighten the
plug and swell out the rubber. This will in effect create the
seal inside the pipe, and block off the flow of product.
These plugs are available in Neoprene, Nitrile, Red rubber and Viton. All items in this
kit can be replaced separately. This kit is supplied in a heavy duty, lockable steel box.

Drum and Pinehole Plugging Kit

This kit offers the user the flexibility to take on just about
any plugging or sealing job with regards to drums, small
containers as well as small type of storage vessels. For the
repair of surface rotting, pinholes, small puncture holes and
even fork truck punctures. This kit contains repair putty,
wood plugs and wedges, pin hole plugs as well as larger
spring toggle plugs. All items can be replaced separately.

External Tank Sealing Plate Kit

This kit offers the user three different sealing plates for the
sealing of leaking road, rail as well as stationary tanks. Each
of the sealing plates are supplied with four "T" bolts with
wing nuts. Each of the plates are drilled with 12 holes to
accommodate just about any position of the crack, tear or
hole. To use these plates, simply match the correct plate with
the tear, make the holes through the rubber padding, insert
the "T" bolt into the tear and lock the wing nuts tight until
