Jimmi Jak Manufacturing is our engineering company that is responsible for the manufacturing of the Jimmi Jak trench, vehicle and structural shoring equipment. This shoring equipment was used by the rescue teams in India and Egypt during the recent catastrophes that hit these countries. The Jimmi Jak and Lion Jak Shoring Tools are the strongest single pin shoring equipment in the world and is exported to the USA. Jimmi Jak Manufacturing is also responsible for manufacturing pneumatic lightmasts, pike poles and all our aluminium adaptors and hose couplings that we use during the vehicle manufacturing process.
Jimmi Jak Rescue Tool
The Jimmi Jak Rescue Tool consists of six sises ranging from 460mm (18") to 3660mm (144").
It is manufactured to rigid standards, for the underground contractor, rigger and fire / rescue personnel. Tested by design engineers and certified up to 10KN (2450 pound) thrust, with a crush strength of 25 Tons using a single pin.
This rescue tool is available in flat or swivel ends. It is spiral drilled for phenomenal strength (patent pending). All connections is spring-ball held.
All castings are of LM25HT aluminium. The shell and piston extrusions are of #6082 - T-6 aluminium. The steel insertion pin is 5/8". Inflation pressure up to 350p.s.i. using air, co2 or dry nitrogen. Extrusions and various snap accessories for vehicle extrication, trench rescue and structural collapse are available.

Shoring Tool
As with the Jimmi Jak shoring tool, the Lion Jak Shoring Tool is spiral drilled (patent pending) for its strength. All fittings are spring-ball held.
